Returns & Exchange Policy

At Jama Atelier, each creation is carefully handcrafted with uncompromising standards of quality and workmanship. Every garment passes through rigorous quality control checks before it reaches you. We hope that each piece becomes a cherished addition to your wardrobe; however, should any concern arise, we are here to support you with clarity and care.

General Policy

As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.

Sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item bears a genuine defect such as an embroidery flaw, colour irregularity, or another significant workmanship issue.

Orders placed during sale periods or promotions are also ineligible for customization.


Exchanges for Fit, Sizing & Damages

If you experience an issue with fit, sizing, or damage, you may request an exchange by writing to us at support@jamaatelier.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including relevant details and images (where applicable).

Once your request is reviewed, you will be asked to courier the product back to our atelier. Please ensure the item is in unused condition, with original packaging and documentation intact.

After our quality team inspects the returned garment, we will confirm whether an exchange is possible and arrange for the requested size to be dispatched.

Shipping of exchanged items is subject to the availability of the requested size. If the size is not available, a store credit of equal value will be issued, valid for 6 months.

Store credits and exchanges are applicable only on full-price purchases and not on sale or promotional orders.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs. The product must then be returned to our atelier within 7 days.

Once received, our artisans will carefully repair or replace the piece and dispatch it back to you at no additional cost.

The cost of couriering the item back to Jama Atelier is borne by the client; however, the shipping of the repaired/replaced item is covered by us.


Important Notes

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through Jama Atelier’s official website. Orders placed via third-party stockists, pop-ups, or retail outlets are not covered.

Every request is reviewed on a case by case basis to ensure fairness, transparency, and the highest level of client care.
