Shipping & Payments

At Jama Atelier, each creation is an expression of artistry, and we ensure the delivery process reflects that same level of care. Our pieces are dispatched from our atelier in Delhi NCR, with a standard dispatch window of 1-2 weeks for both domestic and international orders.

We will keep you informed every step of the way, with personalized updates on your order’s journey sent directly to the email and mobile number you provide. You may also track the status of your delivery at any time through your account on our website.

Domestic Orders

We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping for all orders delivered within the Republic of India.

While we partner with trusted couriers to serve most pincodes, a few remote locations may be outside our delivery network.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.

International Orders

Shipping charges apply to all international orders.

The cost is thoughtfully calculated based on the destination and the unique dimensions and weight of your selected piece. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once your shipping address is confirmed.

Please anticipate a standard delivery time of 12-14 business days after dispatch.

We ship to countries worldwide, though some regions may be under political or shipping restrictions beyond our control.

International Customs & Duties

Please be aware that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient, to be paid directly to the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your piece is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping partner's website. This allows you to follow your order’s progress with ease.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make three attempts to complete the delivery of your package. To ensure a seamless arrival, please double-check that your shipping address, including pincode and mobile number, is complete and accurate. Orders that are returned to our atelier due to failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds or redelivery.

Payment Methods

We offer a range of secure payment options to complete your purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, along with Net Banking, UPI, and various mobile wallets.

For domestic orders, we also offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD).
